Our altar servers, lectors, ministers of Holy Communion, and ministers of hospitality use an online program, Ministry Scheduler Pro (MSP), making scheduling easier for both our volunteers and our ministry leaders. It allows our volunteers to specify exactly what times do and do not work for them to serve and simplifies scheduling for our ministry leaders. Our volunteers can also check their schedules from anywhere and easily find substitutes when they can’t make their scheduled dates
Our ministry volunteers can use an MSP “Web Terminal” using the link below and update their general information, service preferences, and unavailable dates/time.

Volunteers use this link with their assigned username and established password to link their personalized site within MSP.
Once you are logged in, you can click on the Help tab at the top of the screen to see a short video and printable guide that will explain step by step how to update your information.
Username: Your username is usually a combination of first initial. last name, with no spaces.
Password: Use the 'forgot password' option if you don't know your password.
Volunteers can download an MSP app (search for Ministry Scheduler Pro) to their smart device from appropriate app sites, either Apple iOS or Android. First setup and login starts with the “organization” of HolyNameofJesus_Niceville and is followed by the same username and password as using the Web Terminal.
